Certification of constancy of performance of the product acc. to Act No. 133/2013 Coll. (systems I+ and I)

The Institute carries out certification of constancy of performance of the product acc. to Act No. 133/2013 Z. z. as the Approved body SK04, provided:

• the product belongs to one of the groups of products stipulated in the Annex No. 1 of Ministerial Decree No. 162/2013 Coll,
• and for the given group the Decree stipulates the system I+ or I as the system of assessment and verification of constancy of performance,
• - and for the given group of products the Institute is approved as product certification body (scope of approvement – Ministerial website).

Then the approved product certification body issues the SK certificate of constancy of performance of the product on the basis of:

1. determination of the product-type on the basis of type testing (including sampling), type calculation, tabulated values or descriptive documentation of the product;
2. initial inspection of the manufacturing plant and of factory production control;
3. regular surveillance, assessment and evaluation of factory production control;
4. and, if system 1+ applies, audit-testing of samples taken by the notified product certification body at the manufacturing plant or at the manufacturer’s storage facilities.

Proceeding for issuance of the certificate begins when accepting an application (application form) and continues with signing of a certification contract.
