Energy certification of buildings

The Institute carries out energy certification of buildings in accordance with the Act no. 555/2005 Coll. on Energy Efficiency of Buildings and the Act no. 138/1992 Coll. on Authorized Architects and Authorized Civil Engineers. The energy certificate attests the inclusion of building into one of the energy classes A to G based on the calculated assessment of the energy performance according to the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Regional Development Decree no. 364/2012 Coll.

On the issue of the energy efficiency of buildings is mainly targeted department VVÚPS-NOVA.
