Activities
Based on the Mandate Contracts, the subcontractors, as the Mandataries, have undertaken to perform for the Mandator, Technicky a skusobny ustav stavebny, n.o., the following activities:
- To promote the Mandator as the Notified Body and the Testing Laboratory among manufacturers of construction products seated in the indicated regions (hereinafter “the Manufacturers“);
- To familiarise the Manufacturers with the terms and conditions of the proceedings of the attestation of conformity;
- To accept and proceed the Manufacturers’ applications for certification of conformity of construction products and/or certification of Factory Production Control (hereinafter “the FPC“);
- To accept and proceed the Manufacturers’ orders for testing of construction products;
- To draft and conclude corresponding contracts with the Manufacturers;
- To visit the Manufacturers and their manufacturing plants and carry out tasks of initial inspection of factory and the FPC as follows:
- The assessment of the FPC documentation and related documents by reporting findings in the checklist and supporting them by copies of relevant documents,
- The assessment of production as regards its conformance with requirements set by the FPC by reporting findings in the checklist and by description of production process illustrated by pictures taken at the manufacturing plant;
- To visit the manufacturing plants and carry out sampling of products for the Initial Type Testing (hereinafter “the ITT“);
- To visit the Manufacturers and carry out tasks of continuous inspection of the FPC as follows:
- The assessment of sustainability of effectiveness of the FPC by reporting findings in the checklist and supporting them by copies of relevant related documents,
- The reporting of any modifications made in the production process after the initial inspetion or the former continuous inspection;
- To deliver the documents to the Manufacturers applied and/or ordered by them for the purpose of the attestation of conformity and issued by the Mandator;
- To deal with and report to the Mandator any relevant complaints raised by the Manufacturers.
The Mandatary may assign solely its employees/personnel to conduct the activities listed above, provided they are the holders of valid personal certificates issued by the Mandator.
